Commission Info

Please refer to my TOS before commissioning me

FOR ILLUSTRATIONS / PAINTINGS:
+ complex/big props : 5-150$ depending on what is asked
+ complex background : 5-150$ depending on what is askedI do simple backgrounds for free
Characters that are complex to draw may be subject to an additional fee

Illustration: Style A:
bustup : 350$
thighup : 400$
fullbody : 450$
Most focus on clean lines and character. Simple background.

Illustration: Style B:
bustup : 275$
thighup : 300$
fullbody : 350$
Most focus on lighting, character in a setting (ie: in garden, space etc..). More focus on background, and not as clean as style A.

Colored Sketch Illust:
bustup : 135$
thighup : 160$
fullbody : 200$
Sketchy, most focus on character, simple background.

Simple Shaded Character:
price (bust / thighup / fullbody) : 100$
Character, no background. Simple shading. Price is same for bust, thigh up and fullbody : for bustup I spend more time focusing on the face, while other options I will focus more on the full picture, which takes me around the same amount of time. May not be perfectly clean.

Pixel Icons:
price : 100$
Includes icon done from scratch (no base), simple animation, a 50x50 version and 200x200 version

Customs:
CURRENTLY CLOSED: I accept offers on customs (min 200usd)

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the following terms described

- I am a digital artist, meaning that you will not receive any physical goods
- All of my art is for private use only (unless otherwise specified)
- As the artist, I still own full rights to my artwork
- You may not edit/copy/trace or remove my signature. Minor edits can be made if I have confirmed that I am okay with it
- You are not allowed to mint my art as an NFT
- My art may not be used for AI purposes

COMMISSIONS

- Full payment must be sent before I start on the commission (paypal only) You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason
- If you have any issues please message me. I can do refunds, but the amount I refund will depend on how far I've gotten for your commission:

total refund if I am unable to complete your commission (regardless of what stage I'm at),
if you are asking for a refund: 100% will be refunded if I haven't started, 70% will be refunded if I am at the sketch phase, 50% at lining phase, 30% at base coloring stage. No refunds will be given when I have entered the shading phase.

- Your commission may take anywhere from 1 day to 3 months. If you would like a better estimate feel free to ask, however I will not be using this estimate as a deadline: the commission may still take up to 3 months
- I will send you the sketch once I am done with it. Please let me know if you would like updates at any other stages
- Any edits may be done at sketching/lineart phase, past that I will only do minor edits
- If you would like me to keep this commission private, please let me know beforehand. I may charge extra depending on the circumstances
- Do not micromanage me or harass me over my work speed
- Non-commercial commissions may not be used for commercial use. Refer to my prices to see what I consider commercial use or not.

Adoptables

GENERAL RULES:
- Do not steal, copy, or trace any of my designs
- Credit must be given to me when reposting my art (my toyhouse, instagram and twitter are all lufaeris)
- Co-ownerships are fine. Just let me know when buying the design from me. I do not want to be involved in any dispute that happens between the two parties.
- I do NOT allow commercial use of my designs unless we have reached an agreement. Please discuss with me if you are interested in using my designs for commercial purposes (ie: vtuber, shop etc...) If you've ACQUIRED one of my designs before november 2021, this does not apply.
- I prefer my designs to be on toyhouse (and visible to me so that I can track them in case something happens,, if you do not have a toyhouse and would like to make one, let me know and I'll get you a code)PAYMENT RULES:
- Only bid if you are sure you can pay. Backing out of bids without giving a reason will result in a blacklist
- Payment plans are fine. However, there must be a down-payment of at least 100usd (non-refundable) made within the first 24 hours to prevent impulse buying, and full payment must be made within 4 months. If you fail to finish the payment plan, I will blacklist you and refund everything except the 100usd downpayment. This is non-negotiable.
- I will only transfer/send you the character once the transaction is completely over. Do not get commissions of the character before it's been fully paid forTRADE/SELLING RULES:
- You may give/trade/sell my designs if owned. You may sell the character at any price (if you are offered that amount), but make sure the buyer is aware of the character's worth when sold. Do not buy one of my designs just to make profit off of it.
- Payments that do not go through or are revoked will result in the design being reclaimed by me and a blacklisting.DESIGN EDITS:
- I'm fine with changes to the design (ie eye color, changing accessories etc..) as long as the design is still recognizable! Just make sure you keep a copy of the original design, in case of trading/selling/gifting in the future. Credit must still be given to me as the main designer. Adding wardrobes and changing hairstyles is also allowed.
- Do not make clones/twins of the design unless you've got my permission.
- If you own one of my designs that only has a human version (or only an anthro version), feel free to ask me to make a quick sketch of an anthro version (or human if they have anthro). This is free, although I might not be able to do it if I'm too busy
